Professional Development

One of our favourite activities is the facilitation of Professional Development (PD). In some professions, PD is a requirement to maintain qualifications or licences. In all industries, PD is a way of increasing general knowledge on subjects or initiating a change of company direction.

Andrew has facilitated many PD sessions over the last 5 years, from full day events to 1-hour workshops. Shorter workshops usually focus on a single topic or skill that employers wish to increase knowledge of, and longer workshops aligning with a change of strategic direction of the company.
